cultographies

The CULTOGRAPHIES series is dedicated to the weird and wonderful world of cult cinema. This series provides a comprehensive introduction to those films that have attained the coveted status of a cult classic, focusing on their particular appeal, the ways in which they have been conceived, constructed and received, and their place in the broader cultural landscape.

With two titles published in December 2008, Bad Taste and Superstar: The Karen Carpenter Story, there are now five in the series. The first three titles, The Rocky Horror Picture Show, Donnie Darko and This Is Spinal Tap, published in October 2007, have already received great acclaim:
